Após um tempo desde o anúncio do seu desenvolvimento, a animação Raya and The Last Dragon volta a ser destaque na mídia. E assim, as novas informações envolvem o seu elenco.

Segundo informações do site Coming Soon, a atriz Kelly Marie Tran (Star Wars: Os Últimos Jedi) será responsável por dar voz à protagonista da nova animação da Disney. De acordo com a fonte, a mesma está substituindo Cassie Steele (Rick and Morty) – que originalmente foi anunciada para o papel.

Foi destacado também que Awkwafina (The Farewell) continua em seu papel como Sisu.

Sobre Raya and the Last Dragon

Ainda sem destalhes sobre a sua trama, sabemos que Paul Briggs (Zootopia) e John Ripa serão responsáveis pela direção. Além disso, a Disney Animation divulgou uma arte conceitual do filme.
